Do you have strong Customer Service experience within a Retail environment?

This is a rare opening to join our client’s team as a full-time, Retail Assistant.

Hours - Seasonal: 45 hours per week, Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm

or25 hours per week, October - March Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm

Who will this role suit?
You will have a self-motivated approach and positive attitude to learn all aspects of the role to ensure the smooth running of this side of the business - you will be working within a small team.
This really will be a fantastic role for someone who is available immediately and willing to learn - relaxed working environment and in-house training is on offer in return for a hardworking candidate to continue the success of the business.

You will be working in a front of house role with duties that include:
Shop sales
Shop stock control
Placing orders and taking in deliveries
Some administration/filing
Telephone sales
Handling promotions
Assist with Spa sales
Key holder

Essential Skills:
Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone
Flexible, enthusiastic and positive attitude
Previous Sales experience within a retail environment
Highly organised
Strong work ethic
Reliable and honest
Punctual - good time keeping
